24 Days of Christmas Magic brings together kindness prompts and thoughtful affirmations—one to share each day from 1 December until Christmas Eve.
Each card offers a genuine opportunity to connect, encourage kindness, and help children recognise the goodness already within themselves. Together, they bring greater meaning to the anticipation of Christmas while inspiring kindness in how children treat others and how they speak to themselves.
The format is flexible by design. One set can become a shared family ritual, with siblings bringing their own thoughts to the same card; alternatively, each child can have a set of their own. What matters is not the number of sets, but the space the cards create for every child to be heard.
There are no elaborate activities to prepare. The prompts are intentionally simple and centre on the things that matter: connection, kindness, feelings, family and the small choices children can make themselves.
Finished with a soft-touch laminate, the cards are designed to return each December. Santa’s Magic Mailbag® began with a wish to give my own family a new Christmas tradition—one that celebrated the goodness already in my children’s hearts and reminded them they never had to earn Christmas magic.
They are the magic. They are what makes the season so special.
I wanted to create something that celebrated that truth.
To me, Santa’s Magic Mailbag has always been about so much more than Christmas morning.
It has become a symbol of unconditional love, acceptance, and a tangible reminder that every child is already enough.
