General
These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Santa’s Magic Mailbag®.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on this website.
2. Products
We take great care to ensure our product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur due to differences in monitors, lighting, natural materials and the handcrafted nature of some products.
All measurements are approximate.
3. Personalised Products
Many of our products are personalised or custom-made specifically for you.
Please carefully review all personalisation details before completing your order.
Once production has commenced, personalised items cannot be cancelled, changed or returned unless they arrive faulty or do not match the approved order details.
4. Children’s Products
Our products are designed to help create meaningful Christmas traditions for families to enjoy together.
Where appropriate, products should be used under the guidance and supervision of a parent or responsible adult. Parents and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their child based on the child’s age, abilities and individual needs.
Please always follow any care, safety or age recommendations provided with your purchase.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before your order will be processed.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
7. Shipping
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as a guide only.
While we do everything we can to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or events outside our control are not our responsibility.
Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Santa’s Magic Mailbag® began with a wish to give my own family a new Christmas tradition—one that celebrated the goodness already in my children’s hearts and reminded them they never had to earn Christmas magic.
They are the magic. They are what makes the season so special.
I wanted to create something that celebrated that truth.
To me, Santa’s Magic Mailbag has always been about so much more than Christmas morning.
It has become a symbol of unconditional love, acceptance, and a tangible reminder that every child is already enough.
My hope is that this becomes more than something your children look forward to each Christmas, too. I hope it helps them grow up knowing they are deeply loved, wonderfully enough, and worthy exactly as they are.
I’ve poured years of thought into every part of this tradition, from the words on the page to the weight of the velvet, revisiting and refining each detail until it felt just right. When you open your parcel, I hope you’ll feel that care in every piece.
