The Bespoke Letter Service from Santa’s Mailroom®
Individually written and truly one of a kind. You share the words. We make the magic.
The memories and details you share become the creative brief for an entirely new piece of writing—thoughtfully shaped, word by word, into a letter that could belong only to your child.

from the founder
Santa’s Magic Mailbag® began with a wish to give my own family a new Christmas tradition—one that celebrated the goodness already in my children’s hearts and reminded them they never had to earn Christmas magic.
They are the magic. They are what makes the season so special.
I wanted to create something that celebrated that truth.
To me, Santa’s Magic Mailbag has always been about so much more than Christmas morning.
It has become a symbol of unconditional love, acceptance, and a tangible reminder that every child is already enough.
My hope is that this becomes more than something your children look forward to each Christmas, too. I hope it helps them grow up knowing they are deeply loved, wonderfully enough, and worthy exactly as they are.
I’ve poured years of thought into every part of this tradition, from the words on the page to the weight of the velvet, revisiting and refining each detail until it felt just right. When you open your parcel, I hope you’ll feel that care in every piece.
Thank you for letting us become a small part of your Christmas story.
